So, I've been discussing with Wynd about this Conqueror's Haki rework, but he dislikes it and doesn't want me to implement it. I'd like to see the communities opinion on the matter and see if they like it or dislike it. If enough if you like it and show enthusiasm towards the rework, Wynd might have a change of heart if we're lucky.

Will Levels

Entities will have a new stat called "Will" which is very simply just your Busoshoku Experience combined with your Kenbunshoku Experience.
Your will will deplete over-time the more you use conqueror-related abilities.
Your will will not regenerate if your will has been damaged by a recent conqueror-related ability, and will need to wait the exact same duration as the combat-timer to start regenerating again.

Wi-Fi Haki

The idea is to add a new Conquror's Haki ability that works similarly to what Shanks and Joyboy did against Green Bull and the Gorosei respectively. The player would activate the ability in whichever direction they desire, launching a lightning bolt (which will also have branches), and any entity in a 5x5 area will start losing will power.

Balancing

Any conqueror-related ability will drain your own will each time you use it, instead of your haki overuse. For pure example purposes, let's say you used Wi-Fi Haki; if it drained 25 willpower, the Lightning Bolt's potency for draining enemy willpower will get lower and lower the more it's drained from the enemy. At the VERY MOST, the enemy will lose 25 willpower, as that's how much you yourself put into it. Because of this, if you dodge this haki attack, the enemy is now in a worse position than you yourself. And even if you don't dodge in time, you'll only lose a small amount while they lost the whole 25 willpower.
This means that at equal levels, you'll be mostly nerfing you AND the enemy at nearly the same degree, which is roughly how it already works, as at equal levels, Haoshoku Burst's do absolutely nothing currently.

Haoshoku Haki AoE

The current AoE burst will drain small amounts of willpower over time, while constantly lowering the enemies too. Due to the nature of this change, if multiple allies join in, your bursts will be combined, quickening the process of weakening the enemies willpower.

Transformations

For zoan's in specific, you will have an additional bonus of willpower as a defensive-only measure. Since it's canon that zoan's have a will of their own, this will help you DEFEND against other willpower attacks.
Now, for zoan's AND regular transformations (like the Mori tree transformation), once your willpower hits a low amount, all transformations will be locked under the guise of "too much physical strain, too little willpower to push through with it". And yes, this is going to be a LOW amount, not a halfway-point, so maybe 10% remaining willpower.

Haoshoku Infusion

Your will will deplete per successful hit, think of it like your will transferring to theirs to damage their very will. The amount drained per hit will scale to the strength of your willpower so that stronger hits equal stronger drain on oneself and the enemy. And yes, Infusion will still deal regular damage, that's not being changed

            Brawler also was brainrotted with spam grab the only good thing you did was with black leg. Fruitless pvp is impossible now and like i said before if you talk to any people that play pvp they will tell you. The best pvp players from 0.9.5 dont play anymore and thats a fact.

              DrqPvpKilledTheMod They're not my bitches, didn't comment on it since it's so obvious.
              Brawler was brain rot since you could just chain multiple grabs in one go, which caused an unfixable glitch causing the enemy to fling 50 blocks away from the grabber, meaning counters like harming the grabber wouldn't work, it was abused a bunch, so now they cannot be used together. Brawlers have had a great change where they pull enemies towards them instead of teleporting them too, making it so gomu and other ranged physical moves aren't impossible to beat. This may sound like a nerf, but it's neutral as pulling enemies around is also really good for preventing them running away from your enemies gank.

              Servers are up and public, of which tons of people play. The reason big servers that used to be up aren't anymore is because the owners got tired of paying for servers when people are super disrespectful
              1.) Brx's Mine Piece shutdown because he was sick of people cheating and dealing with disrespect
              2.) Craft Tale is in development with custom addons to add new fruits and cool bosses with CustomNPCs
              3.) Pirate Era is in development as Crlzzuh wants to ensure the server is as perfect as it can be before release

              Those were some of the big hitters, and only 1 of them are offline forever, and it had nothing to do with the updates.
              The best PvPers don't play because they got a life or found hobbies they enjoy more than Mine Mine no Mi. This is a very repetitive mod without much additional content outside of PvP and challenges, it gets stale very fast. Everything changed was to ensure everyone else had a significantly more fun time. We don't cater to a super small minority of people who claim to know best.

                Drqonic I don’t get a single thing you're saying—are you dense or something? We were talking about 1.10 because that’s when the PvP update happened. I don’t care if you try to spin it differently; you already made a bunch of people drop the mod.

                And then you went on and on about Brawler, which just reminded me how ridiculously broken Gomu + Brawler used to be.

                You claim that the servers are up and active with tons of players? Name just one that’s actually alive. And isn’t it a little suspicious that all the top PvPers suddenly had “better things to do” at the same time? They probably had a big Discord server where they all decided to quit together—surely not because your update killed the mod, right? Keep coping.

                  DrqPvpKilledTheMod 0.10 wasn't a PvP update lmfao, it was the challenge update where new bosses got added. Not a lot changes in terms of PvP. The main things were Kamie's usage time got lowered and Future Sight now breaks faster depending on damage (which were both done by Wynd, not me). Then you have the Shi Shishi Sonson changes which prevented you using it midair because it was extremely dumb to be able to go even higher just using Shi Shishi Sonson, Zoro had to use a whole ass 2 sword style technique just to prevent him falling to his death, it barely lifted him up at all, and yet you think Shi Shishi Sonson would allow him to teleport midair? Nah.
                  Fortunately for you, Air Shi Shishi Sonson is being added back, but if you use it midair, it won't let you teleport further upwards, fixing the initial problem I had with it to begin with. You've named nothing other than Air Shi Shishi Sonson that "ruined" the mod, and if that's the only issue then that means the mod has been improved since it shouldn't be carried by a single move.

                  I don't even PvP anymore, and I significantly enjoy 0.10.5 PvP over 0.9.5. The reason is because I got bored of the same repetitive stuff all day everyday. Meli has a job and plays almost nothing for too long nowadays, Axey still PvPs to this day.

                  You can go into the community servers if you want to find active servers. Even in 0.9.5 only 3 servers were ever noticeably huge, and that was the ones I mentioned before, so nothing has really changed.

                      DrqPvpKilledTheMod Idk why you brought up swordsman if not for shishi sonson. Nothing else got changed about it? the only possible thing I can think of is projectiles being fixed. Which you do realise, 99% of projectiles weren't colliding properly right? I didn't edit swordsman, I straight up fixed the ability projectile entity which wasn't checking hitboxes correctly.
                      The Community Server list has a bunch of servers in it with active invites, dunno why you're lying.

                          DrqPvpKilledTheMod Wasn't gonna mention Tatsumaki at all actually? This is how swordsman was designed by Wynd himself lol. Projectiles barely colliding with enemies in 0.9.5 was never intentional, the code for hitbox collision was actually not working. I just fixed it. if you don't like how swordsman works, then your beef is with Wynd, the guy who designed it, not me.

                            Overall, I think the changes are good! I like that conq will be a bit more versatile. It would be nice to see some more techniques based on this premise, so that the fighting styles could get some love, but that could be seen later down the line!
