I think of Cyborg as kinda boring, but a Fun concept, but unfortunately I love one piece Cyborgs so...
First of all, I think no one should appear as a Cyborg, but could become one.
By talking to to a Man of Science, you can choose to become a Cyborg, but warning, you'll loose most of your other Race caracteristics.
By start, It changes the passive of races, turning into the robot passive that is the natural armor, cola bar(Even though It should be useless by now) And a unique passive based on your previous race.
Minks: receive mink normal passive in Every Biome, slowed water movement, 4 points of natural armor And 2 of armor toughness.
Fishman: Normal water movement, 6 points of armor And 4 of armor toughness.
Human: Slowed water movement, 10 points of armor And 6 of armor toughness.
After speaking to the scientist, you can receive upgrades once you pay him the money necessary.
Each upgrade is an ability, so yeah, you won't have everything from the beginning, but technically you could...
Strong right:
Type: Punch, Hardening
Cost: 250 Beris
Damage: +10
Description: Reveal your metallic bones, enhancing your next unarmed melee attack, can be imbued with Haki.
Radical Beam:
Types: Special, Light
Cost: 3000 Beris
Damage: 15-75
Description: The user charges a beam to 1-5 seconds, each second increasing it's damage by 15, when partially charged, shoot a small to medium lazer that set's the enemy on fire, when fully charged it also explodes on collision and set the surrounding area on fire. Consumes 40-200 cola.
Fresh fire
Type: Special, Fire
Cost: 1000 Beri
Damage: 30
Description: The user heats up and breaths a fireball, it takes 2 seconds to charge and the user can hold it for 10 seconds, then release and create a fireball dealing damage and setting the enemy on fire.
Coup De boo:
Type: Boost
Cost: 750 Beri
Damage: None
Description: Launches the user to the direction he's looking, consumes 20 cola
Coup De Venta
Type: Special, Shockwave
Cost: 1500 Beri
Damage: 50
Description: The user Launches a powerful blast of compressed air that blows the opponent and some blocks away, dealing 50 damage if the opponent hits a way. Consumes 50 cola.
Cola overdrive:
Type: Stat Boost
Cost: 5000 Beri
Damage: None
Description: The user boosts their physical Capabilities for a short time depending on their cola Bar, it gives the user Speed 3, Strength 4 and Resistance 4 while active. But while active, it consumes 20 cola per second and if the cola bar is depled while active, the user receives slowness 4, weakness 1 and Mining fatigue 2.
Those are my "Reworks" for old Abilities, now I got a new one that it's just... And old one coming back.
Cyborg machine gun:
Type: Gun, Special
Cost 2500
Damage: 2
Description: The user opens up a machine gun in his left arm, shooting 1-128 bullets dealing 2 damage each, those bullets ignore immunity frames. Each bullet consumes 2 cola, can be imbued with Haki. Cannot be used if the user is holding something in his left hand.
Ok this may be a bit too op for mine Mine no mi, but I just like it lol, and maybe it is Impossible to code, but I like the idea and would like for someone to try it... Or don't, it may be shitty idk.
Anyway, back to the race.
After acquiring all the abilities, you may notice that there are other upgrades for sale at the scientist, well, those are passive upgrades my boy, and they are:
Electric motor:
Type: Fuel
Requirements: Redstone block, 2 redstone torches and 4 Redstone repeaters
Cost: 1000 Beri
Description: Changes the user cola tank for a functional motor, making him immune to lightning and actually using lightning as his primary method of recharging the electricity meter, used now for abilities instead of cola
Full iron body:
Type: Body change
Requirements: 24 iron blocks
Cost: 3000 Beri
Description: The user replaces it's human parts for robotic ones, receiving now 20 armor and 8 armor toughness, but unable to wear armor from now on and removing the previous unique race passive.
Iron carapace:
Type: Body addition
Cost: 2500
Requirements: Full iron Body upgrade
Description: The user adds a carapace to it's own body, making it resistant, receiving 50% less explosive damage and becoming immune to bullets(Unless imbued with Haki), But making the user unable to swing(Not like the df curse, they just walk normally on water, unless they have said curse)

I kinda like what I did, prob too op or too boring, I may try to suggest a rework to other things, but for now I'm happy with being a Cyborg.
