Bases and Ships Update: Would add a new base based on the 153rd Marine Branch from the anime. and the addition of 2 new Navy ships, a small one based on the Hina ship. the Pudding Pudding ship which appears to be larger than the battleship.

NPCS Ranks Naval Officers: Naval officers in the game basically only have 2 ranks sailor and captain. this can change by adding 10 more positions such as: Sailor First Class, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Lieutenant Commander, Commander, Captain, Commodore, Rear Admiral, Vice Admiral, Admiral.

First class sailor: his skin is a little different from normal soldiers, but his attributes are almost the same.

Sergeant: spawns across the map with two soldiers accompanying him, status close to a first class sailor. however the sergeant will have fighting styles and skills.
lieutenant: after the player reaches 2000 doriki, the lieutenant will set up an ambush, spawning alongside a sergeant and 4 more sailor soldiers. The lieutenant has greater attributes and skills than a sergeant, often using geppo to fight the player. By killing the lieutenant the player will gain 10000 Bounty and NPC lieutenants can appear normally across the map and on the first floor of large bases.

lieutenant commander: appears in the navy camps on the map with a sergeant and 4 more elite Sailors, 2 of them with pistols and 2 with swords. Lieutenant commanders use Haki.

commander and captain: would appear as an event any time after the player passes 5,000 doriki. Commanders are usually in charge of the prison in large bases. Captains can be found commanding at small navy bases, or small to medium sized navy ships.

commodore and rear admiral: they would only be found in large bases (153rd branch) or on pudding ships, commodore and rear admiral use advanced haki and can be Devil Fruit users their drop can contain a gold box (50%). When you kill a Commodore or Rear Admiral you gain 300 Doriki and 100,000 Bounty.

vice admiral and admiral: only appears with a busted call from a fleet admiral or teryubito. They are users of Devil Fruit and advanced haki with a 50% chance of having the king's haki.

Busted call: being in the navy you can only use the item when you are a fleet admiral. but being a pirate you can suffer an attack after killing a teryubito, you would have the broken call effect for 10 minutes,
After that, an admiral, three lieutenant commanders, four captains and thirty elite Sailors appear.

marine skins: add new skins for marine officers like glasses, clothes, hats etc.

fighting style, body shape and size: officer sailors like brute captain with boxer fighting style, or black legs ect.. captains and other positions of giant NPCS, Cyborgs or buccaneers.

navy bases would always be next to a villa.
