So I saw that awakening is in the game, but can't be obtain without commands. I looked up a bit about awakening and stuff like that from what character in One Piece has said about awakening and clues on how to achieve. The closes we got is Kaidou saying: "Awakening occurs when a Devil Fruit user's mind and body catch up to their powers". I was thinking, why not add in a system that count how many minecraft days someone has stay alive with their devil fruit? Because, is already hard to keep the devil fruit power since you can drown so easily. So what I think is that if you manage to stay alive a X amount of days your fruit awakens due to your mind and body catching up to the power of your devil fruit. And to make it work even better, make it so people have to unlock a certain level of haki or doriki to use awaken abilities. It was mention before by the creater of the mineminenomi mod that they had no way of implementing awakening currently. So why not implement it through how long a player survive with their devil fruit, counting from the moment they ate the fruit. If they survive X amount of days and reaches requier doriki/haki level. Then they recieve a new move or two or new form (Thinking of the zoan users). Doesn't have to give them a HUGE amount of new stuff. Just a few fruit abilities. If anyone want a improvment status wise then just add slight lowering of colddown or slight increase in endurange or damage. However, I still think these moves should come with a side effect since the awakening moves are tend to be the devil fruiter's ace if they find themselves in a bind. So maybe after using said move they feel a bit exhausted or it drains quite alot of their haki. I just thought I could give this suggestion and see what maybe the developer or anyone else thought of this idea?
