I don't know what's causing it, but any quest I've found that tells you to kill a certain amount of enemies from a specified distance away using a specified ability just... doesn't work? Right now I'm having an issue trying to do the Hakai quest for brawler, because no matter how far away I am from an enemy that I kill with genkotsu meteor, the counter just doesn't go up. I even tried in creative and nothing worked. Am I missing something?
