Unless you're playing with several friends, the game becomes not objective at all. It doesn't have a "story" as to what you should do, that's good. but it limits, and it shouldn't. my suggestion is to create a unique progression and mission system with the mod. It would work like this: after choosing a faction, the player would have the title of novice pirate and would have unmodified attributes. During the game and exploration, the player in villages could find NPCs who would give special missions according to the title, such as: defeat 5 gross pirates. That is until the final mission of the title, which could be defeating Arlong, which is already in some game files. After that there would be a progression of titles and missions in order: novice pirate> feared pirate of the (east, south west depending on where the player started)> super nova>shishibukai>yonkou> up to the famous king of the prirates, requirements: + 5,564. 800,000, have done all the missions in the game and have the 3 main hakis at advanced levels.
