Passives:
Flag man: the user floats when falling taking no fall damage. The user has a small chance to dodge physical attacks with their flowy body

Effects:
Steel Cape: while wearing the steel
cape the user can right-click to use it as a shield. Basically while wearing the cape it works the same way as having a shield in your off hand, following all the same rules

Abilities:
Corrida Glaive: changes the form of the flag-mans rapier/urumi to the flag-mans mace, increasing its damage while reducing its greatly attack speed.

Vipera Glaive: the user extends the blade of their flag-mans rapier/mace stabbing their target. This leaves their weapon in the it’s flag-mans urumi form increasing its attack distance and slightly reducing it attack speed (the first part of this ability is a ranged attack (preferably a tracking one since that’s how it is in the anime) but it also transforms the weapon.

Hira Release: changes the form of the flag-mans mace/urumi to its original form as the flag-mans rapier.

Army Bandera: the user causes the ground around them to ripple knocking down targets in the activation radius. After activation any enemies within the radius will have nausea while they are within it. (Similar to logia radius’s black hole, ice age etc)

Death Enjambre: the user causes spikes iron balls to fall from the sky. These will damage the user as-well if they get hit.

Items:
Steel Cape: a cape that can be worn and colored with dye. Sold by traders

Flag-mans rapier: a rapier with the same damage but slightly higher attack speed as an iron sword. Crafters the same way but with a banner instead of a stick

Steel umbrella: an umbrella that blocks all damage from above. Simply holding it in your off or main hand will open it. Can only be opened by a flag human. Sold by traders
